Didasko provides a crucial framework for understanding and applying the seven components of the Lord's Prayer, with a particular focus on the final petition, "Deliver us from evil," and its significance in both personal and communal prayer.
The word didaskô is a Greek word that means "to learn, to teach..." It was used by the disciples in Luke 11:1 when they asked the Lord "teach us to pray."

Let us never give up asking God every day to “deliver us from the evil one” (Matt. 6:13), recognizing that the battle we face is not physical but spiritual, understanding that our enemy is not a human being but the Prince of Darkness, but that God has the authority and power and desire and right to protect all those who turn to Him in prayer and faith.
